MEET STAN

Hi, I’m Stan Phelps. I work with organizations that want to increase loyalty, drive sales, and promote positive word-of-mouth by creating differentiated experiences. As an author, keynote speaker, and workshop facilitator, my in-person and virtual programs stand out in a sea of sameness because I model my own message of differentiated experience (DX).

Differentiation isn’t just about what you say, it’s about what you do and, more importantly, how you do it and why you do it. I leverage my unique collection of more than 5,000 case studies on customer, employee, and brand experience to engage audiences with practical ideas that inspire action.

KEYNOTE PROGRAMS

DURATION: 30-90 MINUTES

Stan creates in person and virtual keynotes that are memorable, meaningful and engaging. Keynotes last up to 90 minutes and cover a wide variety of topics, including: customer experience, employee engagement, brand strategy, and leadership.

WORKSHOP PROGRAMS

DURATION: HALF-DAY

Similar to his keynotes, Stan works with clients to create in person and virtual programs that are perfect for training, so your employees can get hands-on experience while they learn. Each program is a half-day and can be expanded to a full-day experience to cover multiple focus areas at once.

GOLDFISH TANK PROGRAMS

DURATION: FULL-DAY

Goldfish Tank events are unique full-day innovation experiences for 20  to 35 participants. This unique, applied learning program culminates with teams solving issues and pitching new ideas or enhancements to a panel of judges.
